You're still using 'XP'?? Oh, dear. If you cannot find a driver on the Panasonic site, you just might be 'SOL'. I don't know if SP3 is the latest but big 'M' won't be much help at this point - you're too far out of date. Good luck.

On the page which opens, select the operating system (Windows Vista / Windows Vista x64,etc..) of your computer to download the appropriate drivers and software.

The only place you can get it free is from peer to peer file sharing which can lead to viruses and copyright infringement. Otherwise you can buy a download straight from Microsoft's website.
You can sign up for a FREE membership and just go through their sales pages selecting 'no thanks' etc. Eventually you will be given the link to download the driver and most importantly the voice studio software to run the recorder! This WORKS! btw, it will not work on vista though only XP etc.
