I'm trying to use my headset from Calisto Pro with Skype and it always drops the call. I'm using Vista - I've tried two different headsets from Plantronics with the same problem - so I'm thinking there is a setting or something in Vista that is causing this? Can you help?

I believe that the problem can be fixed by going into the audio settings in Skype and disabling certain audio controls there. As follows:
In Skype, click on TOOLS, OPTIONS, GENERAL, AUDIO SETTINGS. Uncheck the options for "automatically adjust microphone settings" as well as "automatically adjust speaker settings."
This will keep Skype from cutting off the call.
Did you install the PersonoCall software (bundled with Calisto Pro)?
Basically PersonoCall is the one in charge of handling all the VoIP applications.

Yes, and per Plantronics, I uninstalled both Skype and PersonoCall and reinstalled. Still doesn't work.
