I think i have a bad bulb but i'm wondering what my other symtpoms suggest. on power up, click sound and power surgeish sound, repeats a couple of times, then 3 leds blink with no sound no picture?? and i pulled out the bulb and looks ok besides some discoloring on glass and some charring on filament. when i put lamp back in, after two cycles it powered up for about 3 mins then shut down and lights came back blinking. any help would be great.

Check both bulbs, power and ground to the bulbs and connections.
I wonder if you actually checked the power in and out of the relay or just heard it clicking and assumed it is working ok?
It isn't unusual for high beams to be relayed but low beams to be direct from the dipswitch. I suggest you take a look at a wiring diagram. The fault could be the dipswitch, especially if the driver smokes.
It sounds like you probably have a shorted battery cell. This will not only cause the repeated clicking that you described, but it will also rob power when jump-starting from another vehicle. There is probably enough power when jump starting to turn the starter over, but after the starter take the power that it needs, there is not enough power to operate the computer system....so I have no doubt that you probably are not getting any fuel. The computer has to tell the fuel pump to run. If there is no power for the computer....I think you can figure it out from here.
Could be a couple different things.. clicking sounds like it may be the power supply, or it could be the bulb as well. My suggestion is don't sink money into repair it will be costly and not worth it considering you can purchase a 55" LCD for $650 now with a superior picture quality. Spend about 1.5K and you can get a fantastic one.
U have buzzing,squeaking.Some fading colors,black and white?Ur colors wheel is dead,it spinning off it axis.The Ballast is dead,u turn on the tv will making cliking noise,power shut down couples sec. after that.
It sounds like the horizontal (H stop) and vertical (V stop) has gone bad. Check Cap 515 and 516. IC1509, Q1505 and the jungle IC, IC206.
You can also bring up these fault codes on-screen to see a list of the problem numbers with the abbreviation of the problem and the number of times this problem has occurred. This is slightly different than entering the service mode. To see the diagnostic screen, press the following buttons: Display, Channel, 5, volume Minus, ( not plus ) then Power. This brings up a screen with a list of the problems and number of times they have occurred. Each of the problems named, are abbreviated as, "OCP", "OVP", "V STOP", ETC.

Check the standby power supplies, then the run supplies, then the
h-driver circuit, then the H.O.T and flyback circuit. And in general look for bad transistors, diodes,
capacitors, resistors, faulty solder connections and etc.
BE ADVICE!!! if you don't have any repair experience and electronics knowledge leave it. Take it to an experienced tech or a service shop.
