Vertical Lines I just got my new camera (Canon Powershot A1100IS), and took some pictures in a strong light. The sharp images came out no problem. I saw some vertical lines that appeared on the LCD screen with the bright light outside in the sun. What do they mean? Are they malfunction? Are they normal? Thank you and let me know, please! Mikey

It's quite simple .Just connect your canon camera to your computer .when it's connected open the folder and simpley copy all jpeg images and past it where every you want
Try a hard reset of camera electronics. Canon may have a hidden code to do this with. Suspect your electronics are fubar and you may have to go shopping since repair is not cost effective. Shame - good camera.
