Look at Courtdate solution above from Jan 18, 2008.

This fixed it and I am happy. Unplug the printer, as it says, plug printer back in and press # then 9 (on the printer). I tried turning printer off and unplugging...I think it worked when the printer remained turned on and then I just unplugged it and plugged it back in, then pressed # then pressed 9 (on the printer).

There was a line on the display of the printer that looked like ---------------- when it started back up. That was real quick. I think it was resetting itself. It works just fine now. Thanks to whomever gave this tip.

Hello; I have an hp officejet 5610n all in one, when I turn on my printer i have this message on the printer "Error:0xd05d010d Reset power." and some buttons are blinking many thanks

lets start uninstalling your hp oj 5610 software from the uninstall program to remove it properly. Second is to install the software again... if the problem occurs the best thing to do is to go to the nearest HP Service Center in your area... i hope it helped.

When press # and 9 key while turning power on, the hp5610 should perform a full reset, however the "power on", "fax", "copy", "fax", "scan" and "!" all flash at the same time. How do I correct?

You can't. A reset is a #6. A #9 resets the NVM - the NVM is the firmware that makes the printer function. If you have reset the NVM there is no way to bring it back again unfortunately. It should only be used by HP in their repair department when they are seeking to replace the firmware components.

FOR HP 5610 All in One error 0xd05d010d Reset power.

0x errors mean that the printer has an internal error within the firmware of the printer. There are not many steps to try except for a reset. This is a document from hp that you can use to do the reset and hopefully it will clear the error.

Error code 0xd05d010d reset power

Unplug the power cord from the All-In-One as well as the power outlet.
Plug the power cord directly to a wall outlet without surg protector. (if possible connect it to a different power outlet)
Before connecting the power cord to the All-In-One press and hold the # and no 6 button and then insert the power cord, do not release the keys until you see a message a reset (if the screen goes blank then release the keys and turn the power on)
Then check and see

Good Luck

Product Not Working - HP5610 ALL IN ONE

Hi,

I would like you to try other way of resetting your printer.

PERFORMING SEMI-FULL RESET

  1. Ensure that you have a two contact phone cable connected to line 1 socket of the printer and that the other end of the cable is connected to the phone jack in the wall.
  2. Perform a partial reset on the printer. To do this first remove the power supply from the back of the printer. With the power off press and hold the # and 3 keys.
  3. Plug the power back into the printer, keep holding the # and 6 keys till you see “ SEMI-FULL Reset ” displayed on the printer screen. Sometimes, the printer will just turn off, if it happen just released the two buttons then press the power ON button to turn the printer ON.
  4. After turning it ON, you will see the message "NVM SEMI-FULL" reset.
  5. If this does not resolve the issue contact HP at 1-800-474-6836

THank you so much.
