I had the same issue with this TV in my hotel room. I set the FLX3211B TV up as an extension of my laptop, but had to change the refresh rate from the default 58p Hz to 60p Hz for the digital TV display. Once I did this, it came right up.
What I have found on this tv is the inverter board is integrated with power board you might want to head over to badcaps site on this one.It could be as simple as replacing 2 transistors and a fuse.
Please reset the codes and try again. You must replace the batteries by new ones type alkaline b) clean the contacts batteries c) retight the spring contacts batteries with pliers d) open the remote control for clena the keypad switch from dirty, dust, oxide, bad contacts or open , remember they send infrared signal from Syscon to the microncontroler Receiver. see the blck..d go to the next web pages, give your model, mark. www.remotecodelist.com + remotes.com God bless you
hi,
This is normally due to a frequency or resolution incompatibility. Turn on your desktop computer, then change the screen resolution to 800x600 or 1024x768. Save the settings. Reboot to check that it is indeed saved.
Once you boot up on your TV, it should display fine. Gradually increase the resolution and colors to the max your TV can handle.
