It should have a setting in the menu to change location/time zone and how the time is displayed but the time itself should automatically be displayed. Touch the wrench/screwdriver, then system, then time zone and time format buttons will change your zone and how it is displayed on the screen.

The time is automatically set once you choose your time zone and if you observe daylight saving time, you must check that box..
go
to the main menu, then system option and click on the time zone tab,
then select your time zone and check off the little box for daylight
saving time.
