There is a problem with the cellular service.either the sim is no longer active or cellular service has no reach.try a new sim.if not,get the transmitter checked.

"No dial tone" certainly needs a bit more information. Technology requires doing the most simple aspects first then on to the complex. For starters, did you try a different phone line? Is the phone service turned on? Is the unit plugged into the wall and fully charged? More info required for your request.
it may be that the handset is registred to another base unit- we had one base and one handset replaced by uniden, but the second (old) handset was still registred to the old base, therefore everytime we tried to deregister the handset it was looking for the old (replaced) base and of course could not connect and therefore wouldnt deregister. still havent figured out what to do yet
i tried with three different sims but of no use
