My heater on my coleman electric fireplace Model #FL28R the fan works but not the heater . . please help!

I have the same problem with my fireplace. Same model.

Do you have the manual or the papers who came with the fireplace. My electrician need it. May you scan or fax to me?

LES PIECES SONT INTROUVABLES POUR CE MODELE DE FOYER, ASSUREZ-VOUS DE NE PAS METTRE LA FAN ET LA CHALEUR AU MAXIMUM ET DE LE FAIRE FONCTIONNER TROP LONGTEMPS, ÇA FAIT SAUTER LE MOTEUR ET LA PLUS RIEN NE FONCTIONNE...!!!
C'EST CE QUI M'EST ARRIVÉ LA SEMAINE DERNIÈRE QUAND JE L'AI OUBLIÉ AU MAXIMUM PENDANT 3 JOURS....!!!
J'AI FAIT UNE DEMANDE D'INFO AUPRES D'UN FOURNISSEUR AUX ÉTATS-UNIS QUI SEMBLE VENDRE UN MODELE UNIVERSEL QUI POURRAIT PEUT-ÊTRE SERVIR DE PIÈCE DE REMPLACEMENT.

My problem is I have a electric fireplace the insert is a colemen and the heater stoped I bought it a Costco about 4 years ago

It may need repairing, do not take risks trying to fix it without an expert. But its 4 years old so its better to replace it with new.

Heater fan on electric fireplace not working, so heat shuts off and won't come back on. The manufacturer is Southern Enterprises, Inc., model no. FA515500TX.

Was having same problem, found the fan needed a little oil on bearings. Was not spinning up to full speed so heater was cylcing on high limit

Twin Star Fireplace model 33EF010GRA. After fan blows a few minutes something starts clicking, and the fan smells like it's burning, and it slows way down.

Hello The smell is the MOTOR windings overheating.Please don't run it.It is time for a new motor.

go to ebay and put in electric fireplace heater parts, the flame motor is around 20 bucks, and the heater element around 50 bucks Good luck

I have a cheap electric fireplace bought in SuperCentre store-heater no longer works. It says its a one piece system. Can these heaters be replaced or repaired(probably made in China) or am i better off scrapping it and buying a new one?
