Message alert Hello. My mobile is nokia E75.The message alert keeps appearing on the scren although I do not have any unread or new messages. can you plz help?!!

I think that there is no such features in Nokia C2-00/01 etc.Thanks for visiting fixya

You need to set the MESSAGE CENTRE NUMBER in mobile messages settings
MESSAGE CENTRE NUMBER is provided by the SERVICE PROVIDER.
Call the SERVICE PROVIDER ,ask for MESSAGE CENTRE NUMBER.
When you get it ,
Go to Mobile Messages then to Messages settings then to Text messages then Message centre
number,and type the number they gave you then save and exit.
Thats it

Restore yours mobile phone from setting password may be 0000 or 1234, 1221,2112,1213,2142 now you are able to send sms anywhere

Please try and reset the phone select the restore factory settings on the menu- phone settings and restore by typing 12345.
If this wont reset remove the battery and keep aside for a while before you set it back into the phone.
Final option check with Nokia care.

instead of formatting just install an antivirus in to your cell and if it detects means it s fine.. no need to format at all.
if problem persists then take your cell to technician and give for flashing.

The letter p appears if you press the button star(*) three times quickly
The letter w appears if you press the button star(*) four times quickly
The symbol + appears if you press the button star(*) two times quickly
The CODE you need to enter is the unique unlock code for your Nokia E75

just try to reset your phone back to its factory settings.

you will need to contact your mobile provider and explain it to them and have them correct that on their network.

this should do the trick...press star, call button(the green one), three, and power button all together while powering up your phone..
