To call out: Go off hook press an idle CO button-- Dial outside phone number. There is no need to dial "9".

Hi Gooday! Im a Panasonic pabx technician...i had a problem with our current project pabx system the CO card or trunkCard always hung and all line always busy...whst is the posible problem of my...

Two possibilities. The C.O. is not sending a disconnect or the timing needs to be set. It's a C.O. trunk time you adjust first and if that doesn't work, call the telco. We have hardware to simulate disconnect supervision if the phone company (or PBX extension like a Panasonic) can't provide it. We have to use them on elevator extensions.

A Panasonic Analog PTS ring sound is not adjustable, however, the cadence is. An outside call rings with a single ring, an internal call is either voice announce or a double ring. The digital phones from Panasonic have either 8 or 30 different tones, but that's a different system.

No. At the very minimum, you need to go to program 400 (3.3 in the U.S. Maintenance Console) and turn on the lines. Access may have to be enabled from each extension for both outward and ringing programming might have to be added.

HI Expert Supporting, I have some problem

I just now realized that your TDA-100 is not correctly wired or set-up. You'll need to call the installation company that put it in. What you want: Is to have CO lines 3 and 4 to be accessed by extensions; 101, 102, 103... and CO line 2 to be accessed by extensions: 104, 105, 106, 107. CO line 1 needs to be dedicated to a particular extension; More than likely in your office. And then you would not have to dial 9..just pick-up and dial the number. Please stay in contact until we resolve this nasty trouble.

Analog card not working in tda100

you will still need to dial a 9 from the phone to get an outside line, or you can program the analog ext to auto dial it for you. If you still can't then it sounds like the phone is in the wrong COS so it doesn't have access to the CO's.

I bught a kx-ta824, I just have one CO line and i want to put 4 extensions , but i couldn't. I can just recive 1 call and then the line sounds busy.

With one CO line you can only make or receive one external call at a time. You can have extensions connected on intercom calls, but once your CO line is in use, anyone calling in will get a busy signal, as will anyone in the office trying to make an outside call. You'll need additional CO lines if you want to have several outside calls going on at once.
