Reinstall your USB drivers:
Navigate to Device manager, find a branch named "USB Controllers" or similar
Right click the one thats the problem (or all of them if you dont know which), select Uninstall
Reboot your machine and windows will autodetect the USBs and reinstall their drivers

Check the BIOS and see if they are enabled...

  5. Right-click USB Root Hub , and then click Properties .

Sata/raid not working on ASUS M2N MB

You may need to set up the RAID array before it will be detected. Look in the BIOS and see if there is a way to set up the RAID array there. If there isn't, watch as the PC boots up and see if there is an option to go into the RAID settings before windows starts. You may need to actually create an array before it will be seen.

Front Side USN dows not work in ASUS M2N MX SE

The front side port may be a "low power" USB port, it may be possible to "power" this if there is the capacity to connect a power cable to the front panel USB adapter, or there may be an aux power socket to plug into on the motherboard.
