Press the setup key (to do this press 2nd F and then MATH). Now press 1 for FSE and select NORM1 by pressing 3. Your calculator should go back to normal. Alternatively, reset the calculator by pressing the reset button on the back of the calculator.

Check your MODE menu. You might have it in Sci or Eng

You have your calculator set to give your answer in scientific notation. If you would like it to give your answer in decimal form you need to change the settings. On my calculator which is an older version, you just press [mode] three times. On your screen you will see fix sci and norm as well as the numerals 1, 2 and 3. press [3] on your key pad. You should see norm 1~2? then press [2] on your keypad and this will have changed your settings back to plain decimals.

You must have changed the number display format from Fixed to Scientific. To get back to the Fixed format you press [Shift][Mode][6:Fix]. You will be prompted to enter a number between 0 and 9.
If you choose 0, all your results will be rounded. If you choose 9, all your results will have 9 decimal digits, and that can be bothersome, because you do not need all this precision.
So, choose a reasonable number (2 or 3) and all results will have 2 or 3 decimal digits.

If I understand correctly you result do not display any decimal.
If you want a fixed number of decimal digits (exemple 2) Press the [MODE] key a number of times until you reach the screen that displays Fix Sci Nom and under them the numbers 1 2 3
Press 1 to choose Fixed format followed by 2 for TWO Digits
3 decimal digits [MODE] ---------[1 ] (Fix) 3
