I've had the same problem. The only place that has it is the source. Jabra is located in Sweden. the price for the ear hooks (which can only be purchased in a kit) is 9.99 with a 9.99 shipping fee. It just depends on whether you want to spend $20 on a ear piece. Here is the link

You may have to find it in the Bluetooth My Devices section...it may still be present in the phone even if not paired. If found delete it. Put your headset into pair mode and pair it then.
