I Put in a new SanDisk 2G SD Memory Card in my 3 year old Samsung L60 Digimax Digital Camera and the LCD screen immediately started filling up with a black blob starting from left to right. Now the screen does not work and the black blob is there whether I use this new card, my old 1 GB card or no card. The Appliance store that I bought the card from says that what happened is impossible, accuses me of dropping the camera and refuses to help. Is there anything I can do to bring my camera back to life? I'd appreciate any help you can give me in solving this problem.

Ron,
I am kinda confused what you mean by black blob, but anyhow a SD card cannot do this to a camera as long as the camera supports the memory card. I feel there is a little more to it then this. The lcd will need to be repaired this will need to be taken to a camera shop to repair this with a new lcd around $50 bucks respectivly. I find it hard to understand this ether as this should not have happend. the memory card if compatable should not have shorted this camera lcd out.
