From the main menu of you mp3 player touch the lower right corner of the screen, then touch the lower left side of the screen, then press the lower middle section of the screen. Then press the lower left side of the screen again and then the lower middle screen. Then press the lower left side of the screen until the screen brightens. you have to use the disc that your player came with, you have to reformat the videos to the specific type that your emerson supports, im having the same problem with my new emerson, i believe it only suports, avi mp4 and one other type? refer to the manual it came with
Hi, You can try to format the mp3 player. Go through the : Setting>Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Computer Management>Disk management> Try to format fat files system. hope this help you Regards uttam
well that's probably because you pressed too hard on the screen while in use or not. you could have sat on it or got pissed and hit the screen too hard.
