Double words Can you please fix my fax? When I print or receive a fax the words come out doubled. It looks as if the words are on top of each other. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Paper feed rollers and sheet feed pad dirty. Feed roller on top pad should be just below. Clean with alcohol. Papers have clay in them. Recycled is worst. It will glaze the pick up roller and pad.

Does it print the fax?

Windows Server 2008 To create a fax server, you must install the Fax Server role. This installs the Fax Server role page, Fax Service Manager, Windows Fax and Scan (with faxing capabilities only), the Fax service, and the Fax printer.

1. In Control Panel, under Programs, click Turn Windows features on or off.
2. Right-click Roles, and then click Add Roles.
3. In the Add Roles Wizard, under Select Server Roles, click Fax Server role.

Note If Print Services are not installed, you are prompted to install it.

1. Click the users or groups that you want to send faxes.
2. Click who you want to have access to the fax server inbox.
3. Click Install.

Windows Server 2003 The Fax Service is included in all editions of Windows Server 2003 except the Web edition.

1. In Control Panel, click Add/Remove Programs.
2. In the Add/Remove Programs dialog box, click Add or Remove Windows Components.
3. In the Windows Component Wizard, select the Fax Services check box, and then click Next.
4. If you want to share the fax printer so that everybody in the network can send and receive faxes, click Yes.
5. Click Finish.

Go to control panel > Devices and Printers

double click your printer, you'll be able to see the queue...Right click on the document and select Cancel printing.

You can alternately push the power button to immediately stop the current page being printed. You will receive an error message but click cancel and proceed normally.

you need to strip your fuser unit out and clean you heat roll

Firstly ensure that the duplex unit is installed by going to start - Settings- Printers and faxes.
Then right click your printer and select properties. Select the last tab at the end of the properties screen which reads "Option"
Then under the options where you see the Duplex unit option select "Installed" from the drop down menu.Click Apply and OK
Alternately you can insert the ip address of the printer and select the gather option information...

Now for double-sided/duplex printing
1. Open the document you want to print eg: MS Word
2. Click on the "file" menu select "Print"
3. Then Select the printer from the drop down menu
4. Click on the "properties" box next to the printer you selected
5. In the first screen on the "Setup" tab find the Binding option and select at the Print type "DOUBLE SIDED"
6. Click apply and this will enable double sided printing.
7. you can leave the binding position on "Auto"

Click on start, control panel then double-click printers and faxes. Double click the printer icon and you will see the printer queue. Click on Printers then Cancel All Documents. When all documents are gone from the print queue, restart your computer and switch your printer on. Click on start, control panel then double-click printers and faxes. Right click the printer icon and click on Properties. Click on Test Print. Check the print is OK. If not, report back.
