Any manual can be found on the manufacturer's website in general. Or if they do not have it, a documented copy might be available at third party websites.
This is due to a fault in the servo system / control system. If there is a error in the loading then due to the loading being off mode the controller can trip off power.
Also check the power section and the capstan/drum motor section.
Check if loading is back to parking mode. If not unwind and allow the loading to park and see if the power latches. if so check the loading motor drive .
There are two things 1.there is a push switch under the cassette holder may be brocken 2.cassette holder is bad.put a cassette and press on cassette holder then try this way you can make sure which part is bad.
