The TV is completely dead. I have checked the fuse and it's O.K. I found the following possible fix on this site:
You will need the DM module repaired....requires replacing
four 1000mf 16v 105 degree capacitors with a bit higher
voltage = 25v or 35v.....if too tall, lay them over 90 degrees on
to board.....there are many entries concerning DM module
rebuild...........if you need further assist,let me know...T.
This may well be the fix for WS 55513, but not sure if it applies to the WS 55809 model. As a novice, I may need a little more guidance. Is their a picture or schematic that can be supplied showing me:
1. What the DM Module is?
2. Were these failed capacitors are located on the DM module board? Additionally, could I get a part number for these capacitor components?
Any assistance will be appreciated, than you gentlemen

The DM board is the one with the digital connectors on the back panel. If you already have it appart, you may as well check the caps on all of the boards. The caps that go bad are typically Jamicon brand caps in 1000 uF and 330 uF values. There are also a couple of 3300 uF caps in the PS that cause problems.
