select os vista remember version 32 or 64 bit,most probably vista drivers will work on windows7, and then download audio driver.

i have a LAN Driver of model no. p5ld2-vm/s is the branded computer of HCL, that motherboard name is ASUS

First of all is this a new graphics card? If it is take the card out of the PCI Express slot, get a clean, dry, soft paintbrush and clean the PCI Express slot, then blow on the slot to remove any residual dust.
Make sure the brass contacts on the card are clean and then reinsert the card, make sure it clips into place properly and you secure the card with the screw at the back of the computer, then try booting the machine.

If you bought the card second hand then there is a possibility that the card is faulty.
Luckily for you i now a way to bring a dead graphics card back to life but you do it at your own risk.
