The tub seal could be broken or or ripped or torn and the tub bearing and the tub seals both need to be replaced then for your washing machine and dryer machine combo.
There is a lint filter right under your washer door. You push that lid open, and you will find the lint filter. I have the same machine. but min is an xqg50-11. Is that a washer/dryer combo?
Check the seams of the tub in the washer very carefully. You will have to put your head in the washer with a flashlight. I have seen small pieces of metal welded into the seam (in the front and back). If this is the cause you should have the tub replaced, hopefully under manufacture warranty. Also check the dryer seal in the front and back. If the dryer has had a lot of use the clothing could be getting stuck between the seal and tub and ripping. Please rate this response.
most likly to be thermostat if you remove the lid you should see 2 little round thermostats on top somewhere some stats have a reset button on 1 of the thermostats if there is press it if it clicks try it on a dry to see if it works
Once you remove the rear access panel, you would see the main pulley on the rear of the outer tub. You need to remove that nut with a metric allen wrench. once the pulley is off, you can then remove the bolts holding the yoke in place. The Yoke and the bearings are available as a part assembly from haier. It is highly unlikely that you would need to replace the outer tub.
