Two methods: go into the setup menu and scroll to "reset" and follow the on-screen instructions.
Second method...remove the card and battery...press all the buttons...leave the camera alone for 20 minutes...insert the card and then the battery...turn it on.
I went to sony.com and put in dsc t20 and did a search. After you select it you can go through and actually download files directly from sony. You just have to pick the operating system that you are using and you should be able to find what you are looking for there. Hope this helps.
