Have 5 extensions in the office and we all use the NEC Dterm Series i. The feature light is continually flashing - how de we turn it off. Have tried pushing the feature button on and off and have even unplugged the phone all together ! it still flashes !!! You can make calls out and recieve calls from the phone that is flashing feature.
PLEASE HELP !

Thankfully I have found a solution that has worked.
A 'winking' (flashing) feature button indicates the station is in call forward - all calls mode.
To cancel this setting do the following
Lift the handset or press speaker
Dial the access code 4 + 2 (set as default)
Receive confirmation tone and restore handset or press speaker

The feature button on the NEC Dterm 32D will not stop flashing. It began yesterday and ever since I have not been have not been able to receive any calls both internal and external.
