Here's my suggestion , unhook all the external components to the TV
and leave the TV unplugged for more than a few minutes (a
day/overnight). The next day plug the TV into the wall outlet (not the
powerstrip) without anything hooked up to it, and turn it on. See if it
comes on. Sometimes unplugging for a few minutes/hours is not long
enough for it to reset itself.

Seven blinks indicates a high voltage shutdown which has exceeded 33,000 volts and immediately sends the unit into a safety shutdown. In this case you would need to check the power supply regulation circuit and horizontal circuit for the failure. It could be as simple as the horizontal output transistor having failed to something more complex or expensive. Need to have it diagnosed for that to find out.
