Hi, and no, you have only one compressor for this unit.It sounds as though your defrost timer is not working on the evaporator, stuck in the defrost cycle, and this is why its not freezing. It could be several different reasons the freezer stopped working. Check the fan in the freezer to see if its running.The defrost timer should be located behind the unit at the lower section. If this unit has a panel that is removable, you can take it off to find the timer and take a flat head screw driver to see if you can give it a 1/4 turn, as it may be stuck in defrost.While you are there, you will see the compressor, condenser fan motor, and condenser coil also. Clean this coil while your there and make sure the fan is up and running. If its not running, but the compressor is, the motor has failed. Take these steps and let me know the outcome.

Did u check condenser on the top behind the grill? If it's clean, check unit for evaporator freon leaking. Light....Possibly bad bulbs behind that plastic light cover or light switch - one of them located on upper portion of door frame.

Error code 50 means excessive refrierator section compressor run. Possible causes include: dirty condenser, stopped condenser motor, faulty termistor or an evaporator refrigerant leak. If it is a refrigerant leak it usually shows up as frost or water driplets half way down on the back wall. Clear codes by holding the alarm button in for 15 seconds.

you have a bad seal, Take a dollar bill and slide it in between the door seal and the frig. slide it up and down to see if if has drag on it. If you find places it dont touch loosen the screws and adjust the hinges till it fits tight. In some cases you might have to tweak the doors if they need it.

Unit has separate compressors and thermostat's. Clean the condenser, if it doesn't improve call for service, as there is a decent chance you will need sealed system work or defrost issue. If you need instructions on cleaning the condenser check subzero.com.also try advanceing the defrost timer as they mostly die in the defrost cycle. Behind the grille there will be a panel with a small hole in it with a screw above and below. Use a flat blde screw driver to turn the gray piece in th small hole clockwise a few clicks. If the freezer comes back on you will need to replace the defrost timer.

Check Thermostat.
Proper Cleaning/Defrosting of fridge and freezer.
Proper Placing and Distance from wall.
If your hand bear the body temperature of that specific area then its normal.
Contact technician to verify Freon pressure.

If you replace the fan and clean the coils, and the refrigerator STILL does not cool, then contact SubZero or a service provider for an evaporator coil replacement.  Units manufacturer before mid-2003 had copper+aluminum coils that would corrode and allow all of the coolant to escape.  The (should be warranty) replacement is all aluminum.
Note the freezer does not have this issue due to the lack of liquid water.

You need to reset the controller open the door and press and hold the "Bell" looking symbol for 15secs then release it should go away let me know if that worked
