Why would you exactly want to disassemble a Sony Walkman? If you mean opening the cover and taking it apart, you'd lose your warranty. Sony as a policy never describes nor encourages tampering with its products, but instead asks people to take the device to a service center. Alternatively, you can apply for a job at Sony and get the required training to disassemble the walkman.
