* If your just cleaning then carefully dust and remove debris from speaker area (minimize rattles) Check for broken wire (braided) connections. Loose mounts. Cracked cones. etc.
* Use specific replacement parts from JBL to maintain sound quality (otherwise this speaker will have different frequency characteristics)

When I try to connect the pc through Bluetooth to the above wireless speaker ... 2) What is the model of the JBL Charge Bluetooth speaker? ..... I am already able to play music from my iPhone 5 on this speaker via Bluetooth with no problems.

I am having the same problem, did you find a fix for this? ... not support audio output, then you need to add a Bluetooth adapter which includes a CD driver.

here is the sound card for the DELL
Sound Card Integrated 7.1 Channel Audio up to Creative SoundBlaster® X-Fi Xtreme Audio (D)†

that means you have a sound card and the port should be in the back and should be green.

Audio front panel - one headphone and one
microphone connector

This is for a headset .


Here is what i would try make sure the speakers are powering by turning on the right speaker the LED should light up if it is then it has power, Next i would try the back of the PC speaker port , if you have everything connected correctly we move onto the next step.

Ok go to
Control panel
Hardware and sound
then click on the green sound link that should pop up a window to configure the speakers, you should see the devices in the list and be able to configure them if you do not let me know and i can help you with the next step.

Remove the JBL badge on the front grill, insert the supplied hex wrench and turn counter-clockwise until it's loose enough to adjust the speaker, the turn the hex wrench clockwise to tighten it. If you don't have the hex wrench, you can use a long allen wrench.

On windows it seems you don't have the sound card drivers installed.

Get dell drivers from http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/index.aspx
