There are Lexmark X1270 drivers for Windows operating system available for download in the Lexmark website. Unfortunately, the printer is not compatible with Macintosh operating system. Here's the link: http://bit.ly/9Xw7bN. Choose the driver compatible with your computer's operating system. Download and install the software. Hope this helps. You can obtain drivers from Lexmark's download site. Following this link and then enter X1270 into the search. Click the download tab and then choose the driver for your operating system.

Uninstall the software and reinstall it.Most printers must be disconnected from the CPU during insallation of the firmware

Should be able to download the driver from here. Just input Lexmark x1270 into the box, and it will pop up the download page. select your operating system, and it should give you the correct driver package for the printer. Let me know if you have any problems finding it.

Or use a different OCR, put the worsd OCR freeware download, on google to get a choice of free OCR software.

Sounds like your download was corrupted, delete it and download again or post contact email and system type if you cant download it properly and I'll send it to you
