I cannot open chm help file in my computer it show error massage

It sounds like this file is corrupt you need to download a fresh copy and install it.
I would suggest trying to open your laptop in safe mode. While you are booting continually tap F8 and you should get a different menu. You need to select start in safe mode with networking. Follow the instructions to open it as an administrator.
When you have the system open use the internet to download a fresh copy of Kdcom.dll from here

Unzip the file to the same path as you show in your error message and overwrite the old copy of Kdcom.dll
Now restart your machine and hopefully this will have solved your problem.

Unfortunately, you won't be able to view the manual on your Mac without installing 3rd-party software.
You'll need to find a CHM viewer for your Mac. I can't guarantee this particular program will open the manual you downloaded from Creative, but there's a good chance it might.
Go here and scroll down to the xCHM for Mac OS folder. Download and install the latest version of the software. From that point, you can try to open it using the xCHM program.
If that doesn't work, you'll have to try to obtain access to a Windows XP computer and use the following instructions.

The msi.chm refers to the windows installer help documentation.Probably by any chance, the dvd is scratched making the that particular set of installation files unreadable. Try copying the disk contents to your hard drive prior to installation.Then make the installation from hard drive. There is no other solution because the Error itself is not clear.
