What is the name of the provider? You need to send the WAP and Internet settings (MMS settings too) to the phone. The easiest way is to have it done automatically at www.configuremyphone.com

Depending they may charge a small fee (few dollars) to send the settings to your phone. This is much simpler than programming in the settings by hand.

I have a Motorola A1200 n it is unlocked. My internet is working but I still can not recieve or send picture mail

first contact with your service provider for example if airtel then talk in airtel care and ask them to provide the internet settings

I have the same problem, but then I realized that the battery only charges through the battery desk charger that comes with the phone. Use that, if you have one.

If u want to connect ur mobile with laptop with data cable then u need to install cable drivers from that CD which u have got with ur mobile  after wards u need to turn on modem from ur mobile then after dialling u can access internet  on ur laptop also

Well, I bought two A1200 that have the same problem but I bought them to use as modems. There is one thing that makes me believe that it is the digitizer, the phone works great, you can receive calls, use the camera etc. everything that works with the buttons. So I bought a touch screen in Ebay (about 10$) to get this fixed, if you want to do it by yourself take care, you need to solder the touch screen, this isn't very easy. If you want to go by the more secure solution buy a complete screen with touch screen (about 40$). You can find manuals searching in google.
