Hey, OK so you know how when you plug the clock in it takes like 5 minutes to upload? Well wait till you have the time set the atomic thing stops flashing. Now when you get there press the button on the inside of the outside temperature thing. Not the c/f one. The red dot should flash on the front of the thing your holding. It should work after that. If not then make sure you don't have any computers or cell phones by it that messes with it. Hope this helps.

Hold down Alarm Set for about 5 seconds until the time flashes, then just press the hour and minute buttons until the time you want is shown. Remember that the pm light WILL come on if you need the alarm set for the evening.
Atomic clocks are tricky. The clock defaults to PST.
Turn OFF the atomic time feature (The little radar icon will disappear) Make sure that you have clicked the DST/TZONE button on the back of the clock to YOUR timezone (a P,M,C,or E icon will appear on the front screen.) Then turn the atomic feature ON and hopefully - all is well!
