Make sure that water is entering the machine as the first operation--open the door to check shortly after you hear the wash cycle come on. Water should be dripping from everything. If there are several inches of water sitting in the bottom, but nothing is wet, and you have heard the pump running, you will need to tear down the lower spray arm assembly down to the deck to clean the large intake screen at the bottom. Keep track of orientation and placement of each piece removed. Remove the large screen and soak it in hot water/white vinegar/detergent solution for an hour or so, then scrub the screen to help remove deposits. Inspect all holes in the deck surface for plugging--a wet/dry vacuum will remove most of this debris. Reassemble everything in reverse order. Inspect the spray arms for any plugging of holes and for any split seams. With luck, this should fix your problem.

Beko dishwasher DW603 6 years old, its sometimes not washing properly, I find the tablet undesolved in the bottom, also some times not drying pots. sometimes it works fine.

If the dishwasher is undergoing short programmes and low-temperature washes then your dishwasher may not allow for the tablet to fully dissolve leaving some remaining tablet left behind. Another reason why the tablet may not be dissolving is because of the water hardness of the area you live in as the tablet may take longer to dissolve in the water.

What can I do to make it work?

I would have advised you before placing the tablet dry compartment with a dry cloths otherwise tablet would be stuck together. If does't help then put the tablet directly into the sink and never choose a quick program if you do not have functions (like 3 in 1, multi tab and so on....) that extend the time of duration of washing phase and give enough time for dissolve tab. Sometimes people on the upper basket hang up various odors or put dishes that may prevent to open small door to the end and dropping tablet.
The tablet most likely will drop during the washing cycle but the remaining time is not enough to dissolve the tablet and wash result will be bad.

Dishwasher detergent not dissolving or cleaning tea stains

Have you tried using a dishwasher cleaner or salts? our dishwasher wasn't working for while because the inside of it was dirty. Otherwise, white vinegar and baking soda are good for removing tea stains in a cup.
