I had bought it from a friend and he didnt have the cd for it, is there a link where i can download the software for it?
Another question, i plugged a ethernet
from dsl modem to the router in port 2, another ethernet from the
router to the computer in port 3 and another one from my 360 to port 4
and a error appears on the desktop and it say that the connection is
limited or has no connectivity. I look at the error and it cant aquire
the ip adress, can you please help me.
To connect a router or a dsl modem to a switch you either have to use port 4 or use a utp crossover cable. As you can see on the Netgear FS605 the modem/router has to be connected to port 4.
The correct way to connect these devices is:
Modem > Router > Switch > Computers
