I can't delete people from my contact list I have a i776 phone

To delete a contact, just go into your contact list and highlight the contact that you wish to delete. Press the button directly above the green send button and scroll down to "Delete Contact". Press the OK button and follow the prompt if there is one after that.

What do you mean by contact list? Is this your saved to memory list or your recent calls made list or your missed calls list or your received calls list ? Was your phone set-up for a code to be entered before and deleting can be done? Do you have the manual that can show you how to undo the code so you can delete? Try and research any of these aspects and get back to us (resubmit) with more details if you have not solved it.
