I have a 3 piece Everstar 7/12 slim pine and here are the plug portion of the assemblly instructions . "1) connect the plug(A1) of string with the end cord (B1) of string. 2) Insert the plug (B2 & C1) of string into the wall outlet. 3) After the plugs are plugged into the wall outlet your entire tree should be lit. If some bulbs do not light, search for any loose plugs, broken, loose or missing bulbs that may have caused the problem."
My illustration shows the A1 in the top section of the tree while B1 is in the middle section. Both the middle section and bottom section get plugged into the wall or extension cord. Hope this helps
Same problem here, although there are only tags for A1 ,B1, and B2 showing, the others have a tiny sticker that has numbers (37, 36, 25, etc...). Any possibility of getting that picture back up here or a possible link to the picture diagram? About to pull our hair out trying to get all these lights going. You'd think it would be as simple as 3 cords for the three sections and one for the outlet, but I guess nothing is simple. Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Chris

Maybe you need to change the little bulbs? Last time we bought a Christmas Tree it was completely new but some of the bulbs weren't working. They're very delicate and everything can damage them.

I just got my tree never been used. Just tried putting it together and only the bottoms is lighting up. Everything else is plugged in. Literally just opened it out of the box.
