Hi. Hope you can help with a DVD problem we have with our Polaroid TDA-03211C television: After I insert a DVD, I hear two clicks and then the message "No Disk" appears on the screen. The DVD player is not reading the disk. I've cleaned the unit but that doesn't fix the problem. Please advise. Thank you. Tom Jones

The Polaroid TDA-03211C has the Play/Pause and Stop/Eject buttons on the TV on the side of the TV near the DVD slot. They are separate from the other control buttons. (They are closer to the back of the TV relative to the DVD slot with the stop button the lower of the two. The play button is just below the media card slot behind the DVD slot.) The original remote also a Play button (center two rows above the channel and volume toggle buttons).

Not worth repairing,just get a seperate DVD player hook to the tv.It very cheap these day.

dvd player has gone bad. have you tried other dvds? if you did, then it has gone bad.

Have this exact problem right now. Also previously had trouble with the DVD issues. Terrible product.

I have a 3 year old TV with the same problem as shema_ross.

I have a working DVD unit from my 03211c and I part with it for $30.00 you pay the postage. This DVD Polaroid TDA-03211C DVD MECH 926-V00-DSL900Dhas no markings but was built into my 03211c in June of 07.

I also have anything else you you need for his TV. I'm parting it out because the LCD screen is cracked.

As long as you know a disc is not stuck inside I recommend taking it to your local svc center to be looked at.
