Anyone have any suggestions since Canon won't support Mutlipass suite on Vista? My F50 isn't that old.

Try compatibility mode. what this allows you to do is set your application (only executables) to run in a non-Vista mode. chose to run the driver installation in XP mode by doing the following on the setup. file
You can access this by right-clicking on the driver setup executable, clicking on Properties, and then choosing the Compatibility tab. It’s pretty straightforward from there.

Well tried the compatability solution, but got error message and had to abandon on the install of the program. Now what?
I can nit access My MultiPASS F50, that is connected to e XP-Machine. My Laptop is runing on VISTA.
