E3 Error: Machine control is attempting to drive the motor but is not seeing any tach response. Visual check shows motor is not moving. (Locked, Hall Sensor fault). The hall sensor is a circuit in the motor. the motor will need to be replaced. Here is a link to the motor.

During dehydrating. when a motor restriction is sensed. the motor stops working and then returns to the initial stage of the dehydration unbalance sensing cycle. After ten times, "3E" Error is displayed, When the motor Is told to stop because of an operating function. no error is shown.

Power 81W OFF can clear the motor restriction error.

My maytag neptun mah4000ww washer stop spinning in spin cycle.
Now it stop spin even during regular cleaning cycle. What to do?

Well the error code 3E means that the overcurrent is detected at the moter.
Please check it if you have some overcurrent problem!
