You do not state your machine or model. The error code F07 that I have states that the Central Control Unit has detected a short in the Motor Control Unit.
Check the wire harness between the Drive Motor and the MCU and between the MCU and the CCU.
Check the MCU.
Check the Drive Motor.
Check the entire wire harness.
Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
For most Hotpoint (Indesit) models 'F07' means 'heater relay (possibly) stuck'. 'Check power supply connections to the heater, wiring and module (i.e. PCB) connections' (apparently poor PCB connections are often the cause).
So- if you are not electrically confident and competent yourself, which you may be, you need to employ the skills of a partner, friend or service engineer ;-0)
Sorry we cannot be of more help!
Good luck, John C
What is f70? is that an error code? there is no f70. there is an f07 code. http://www.repairclinic.com/0078.asp
there it will tell you what f07 means and what to check
but if i am way off tell me what exactly you want to know thanks
If you have a Hotpoint, Creda or Indesit Machine the the F07 code means you have a heater fault and should check the heater, module and associated wiring. For more error code solutions click on the link
Error code F01 indicates a short circuit motor triac.
Chek all connections on and to the motor, motor plug and control module.
Code F07 indicates heater relay stuck.
Check all connections to and from the heater and control module.
Hope this helps you.
Fault F07 indicates the heater relay is stuck, this could be due to a faulty heater, you need to test it to be sure, if heater o/k, then main pcb could be faulty. Please rate my suggested solution. Thanks.
Indesit washing machine error code 3 (F03)
On certain Indesit washing machines, if the on off light is flashing 3 times, with a slight pause, followed by flashing a further 3 times, or if it is didplaying F03 you have an error code that is explained as follows - NTC fault - check Thermistor and module connections.
The NTC is the thermistor, which is a modern-day thermostat. It’s inserted into a tube in the heating element and is filled with heat sensitive crystals that change their electrical resistance according to their temperature. By knowing what electrical resistance the crystals have at given temperatures they can tell the water temperature.
With this fault the NTC is either faulty, or there’s a dodgy connection to or from it or there’s a connection problem where it connects to the main PCB.
It’s not something you can easily fault find yourself unfortunately, apart from if there was an obvious broken wire.
heqs error code e2 what is the problem
