Disassemble media player and remove broken lcd. Like all other lcd screens, there must be a serial number or model number written on it.


Search that serial number on internet. You may also ask manufacturer if they may provide a new lcd screen. If you can not find a new screen, as a last resort you may try to find faulty same product to replace it's working screen with your broken one.

Take the lcd out, read the part numbers from the back of the screen and then do an advance search on eBay.

That's the cheapest way to get the exact screen you need.

most are. you need to open the lcd and get the model number from the back of the lcd itself. you will need manufacturer, model number and revision number.

if the glass is not cracked, you may simply need a new backlight.
