The pop your hearing maybe coming from the speakers themself, or it could be the deflection circuit trying to come up. I would check the horzional out put transistor. You can pull it out and check it with and Ohm meter for being shorted. If you know how to use an Ohm meter.Sometimes too when the horzional out put shorts the flyback transformer needs to be replaced also. Hope this is helpful

When tv is powered on tv only displaying channel number and sound -no raster. using video mode displays are ok. sound is also ok

Check and replace damaged component/s at its horizontal scan output section circuit. Check the LOT (Line Output Transformer) too for damage. Replace the horizontal scan output transistor. Check the input voltage to LOT. If the voltage is absent check the feeder resistor; if any. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts.

No sound no raster

Unplug your projctn. tv. Open the rear end and try to locate the power fuse near the power plug, it's made up of small cylindrical glass. Replace it with same rating as labeled on the fuse itself. ;-)

No power indication,no rasters, and no sound. Only click sound.

Go to the Anantek website and search for your TV or similar TV's to see if anyone has posted repair hints. I've fixed several TV's and other electronic equipment from their website.

Sharp 32'' tv -no raster showing channel numbers only

since you have sound and display it's not the hivoltage. You're electron guns are not being turned on. Most likely the IC which biases the guns or the IC which contains the biasing resistors.

Problem with rca big sreen tv

First, try a hard reset.
You must unplug the power cord (turning off the set or the strip will not do it) for a couple of hours, then try again.
This will sometimes correct the problem
When it blinks off: Does the raster go dark or just the picture and the raster remain?
If the raster goes dark when it blinks off it means there is a loss of high voltage to the picture tube. High voltage repair is expensive. It may be a failing flyback transformer that is functional inside the horizontal deflection circuits.
If the raster stays on and you just lose video (picture information) then it may be a simple intermittent IC chip in the video board area. It may require a technician to determine which IC and how to replace it or the parts associated with it, but probably not terribly expensive to repair.
