This is the error code for what is termed IK which controls the video to the pic. tube essentially. Also someone may have turned up the screen level control located on the flyback transformer. If this is too high the set detects the excess beam current and shuts the set down. If you are not into tackling a problem like this yourself you will need a tech to check it out and give you an estimate. The repair cost would be mostly labor for the diagnosis and part replacement. I don't believe you would be looking at much for parts themselves.
