We have had ours (2) for 10 or so years and have misplaced our manuels. We are no in need of them for some repair work. Can anybody help.

handles prime issues directly for the unit. I would recommend contacting an individual in person that can assist you with the prime issues. This is a very sensitive issues which is best handled by having the problem fixed in person and not via email, chat, phone. (Lots of Danger factors)
Possible flow switch problem, debris in the filter, bypass valve issue or water sensor. These are pretty complicated little units so I suggest calling your contractor. The unit may still be under warranty!
If your fuel was yellow it was #2 home heating oil. Toyotomi Laser heater run well on #1. Since yours in giving you a EE10 message you are going to have to open the burner and clean it, the blower and the heat exchanger. The air holes are blocked on the burner and it takes too long to burn the fuel up, EE10. This is a dirty job but not that difficult. Try toyotomiusa.com/ and use their dealer locator. You should find a dealer in South Dakota that will be able to get you some gaskets you might need.
There are 2 fuses on the mother board. You can go to the Toyotomi website download the Owners Manual and look at 49 and 50 in the parts list and picture.
