Hyg is not a fault. If you select program H, it will reset the counter. Hyg is in fact a clean cycle. To be honest, you can run the machine with the hyg message lit up forever without an issue. You can reset the light by running an hyg cycle
The display of "BoF" on the display is simply a confirmation code to commence the next operation on the dishwasher. It is not a fault code.
Refer manual of a AMX model Hobart dishwasher. If your model is different the general codes are same.
I think you may have the wrong model number of the dishwasher.I work for hobart but i dont recall a dishwasher with the model number you givin me.Look on the data plate again some examples of hobart dishwashers are--sr24---am14---c44---c44a---lx18--lx30--lx40---lxi---uw50--sm6t2.Once you find the model goto this site and you will find a manual.any other questions let me know.http://www.hobartcorp.com/default.aspx
