I need to contact the Giani Bernini Handbags

I need to contact the Giani Bernini Handbag Company - I can't find a website or a toll-free customer service number.

If anyone knows how to get a defective purse fixed I would like help - Macy's wont help and I cant find the manutacturer

    My strap is fraying...obviously NOT leather like they said...sharp plastic points are digging into my shoulder. Purposely got an ALL leather bag with LEATHER straps so it would last a long time! Expensive bag too! (From Macys also)

    I am also trying to contact them. The dye on my purse smeared all over and is splotchy. Did you ever find a way to contact them?

I have been unable to find a user's manual for your Pfaff Dorina Hobby 342.

I need a telephone number to speak to someone at giani bernini handbag company right away..my expensive handbag's leather straps are falling apart and its not even 1year old..I believe you stand behind...
It looks like maybe the store you got it from may be the only avenue you have. there are sold in macy's store and a few other high end stores. I would call your local macy's and ask about the warranty on the giani bernini handbags and then when they tell you the warranty then I would tell them you have a defective one and wanted to know if they will honor it.

The backstitch level (reverse button) is broken on my Singer 3116 sewing machine. Where can I find a replacement part?
I emailed Singer and they provided me the following information. I did contact the service center in NJ (which is the closest one to me) and they do have the part for $2.95 plus $5.00 shipping. You can mail a check or pay over the phone with a credit card.
