I am not a repair professional. I am just a 78 year old man who has been making his own repairs for about 50 years. Therefore the washer ID doesn't mean
anything to me. It's hard to understand why the belt came off. Usually when the belt gets loose and starts slipping, the washer won't spin, and that's the problem. Since you know the belt came off, I'll presume you have the back off, if not then you'll have to remove the back. First thing is to pull the electrical plug. Then disconnect the water hoses after turning off the water supply valves. When you disconnect the hoses, they will be full of water, so have a small bucket handy to catch the water. Now take the back off and get down where you can see how the motor is mounted. It is a common thing for the belt to stretch, so they built in provisions to tighten it. There is a locking nut or bolt which holds the belt adjustment. The motor is mounted so that it can be turned to tighten the belt. Put the belt back on the pulleys and turn the motor to tighten the belt. Since your belt came off, which is unusual, take a good look at it before you put it back on. If it is damaged or stretched so far that you can't tighten it, you'll need to replace it. Use a bar, or a long screwdriver or a large crescent wrench to hold the belt tight while you secure the tension lock. I usually need help when I do this. You would be surprised to see all the information available if you google clothes washer repair, I hope this helps you. If it does (or if it doesn't) please rate my help on fixya.

How do I remove the back access cover on an Indesit WIE 167 washing machine to replace belt

Follow these procedures to remove the back access cover on an Indesit WIE 167 washing machine and replace the belt:

Disconnect the washer from the electrical outlet and turn off the water supply.

Move the washing machine away from the wall so that the back can be accessed.

Find the screws that secure the rear access cover. Often, they are positioned throughout the cover's perimeter.

Remove the screws using a screwdriver and store them in a secure location.

Carefully remove the washing machine's back access cover. Using a flat instrument, such as a putty knife or a scraper, to pull the cover away from the machine may be useful.

Once the cover is removed, the belt should be accessible. Remove the old belt from the machine with care.

Put the replacement belt on both the motor and drum pulleys.

Align the back access panel with the washing machine and secure the screws to reattach it.

Reconnect the washing machine and activate the water supply.

Verify that the replacement belt works properly by putting the washing machine through a series of tests.

When servicing a washing machine, it is essential to observe all safety precautions. If you are uncertain or uncomfortable with any of these processes, it may be better to call a skilled technician or service center for assistance.

Need to change driving belt?

Disconnect the Washing machine power cord from the wall.

lay over the washing machine carefully towards the washing machine door and prop up securely or put up on blocks so you can get adequate access to replace belt, there is no access from the back, you will have to get access from underneath. be carefull.

There is a bolt that needs slacking off so you can get the new belt on (adjustment - Tensioned) this is usually on the electric motor, do not completely remove, only slacken to give adequate room to put new belt on. once you have the new belt on, take up the slack and tighten the bolt. do not over tighten the belt, allow the belt when on to move sideways about one finger width.

The drive belt has come off my Hotpoint WF860 washing machine

remove the lid and the lower back panel.
loop the belt over the motor shaft from the top and then half over the drum pulley. turn the pulley slowly while holding the belt to it until its fully on, you can also put a cable tie to hold it if it's easier for you as the are tight. the tie will break off when the belt is on fully. its a bit like putting a bicycle chain back on.

How to get back off to put belt on samsung b1445s washing machine

See if the motor has adjustment , ie a slotted fixing hole, slacken the fixing bolts slightly and motor may move up and down to give adjustment, put the belt on and then put some tension on the belt once fitted by moving the motor down and tightening the motor bolts at the same time.
Or if no adjustment put the belt on the motor spindle first and then the drum by turning the drum as the belt is eased onto it.
