Haier kegerator, the part close to the tower on the outside where the beer line comes in, is loose, not the handle where you pour from, that`s fine, but behind that is loose. Please help , can`t get that tight

this indicates that liquid is evaporating in the suction line to the compressor
that indicates that the unit has excessive gas and is not working as well as it should
have the gas checked by a professional refrigeration technician

the difference between foam and beer is known as 'change of state', also applies to refrigeration equipment, and is caused when pressures drop too radically. While temperature is a factor, you need to consider your pressurization method and settings more. What are you using to re-pressurize your keg as you dispense brew? CO2? Nitrogen? mix? assuming you dispense from the bottom of the keg (feed tube reaching down near the bottom) lowering the pressure should help reduce the amount of foam when pouring. The thing is, even if you pour a glass full of foam, it will settle over time into beer, and you can add to it until eventually you have a smiling glass of amber joy sparkling at you. ck that you are getting power to it some of them have fuses on them , the switch may be bad

I also have a Danby Dkc146sldb. I tapped it full yesterday with a full CO2 Tank and dialed the psi to 10. I had a lot of foam even though it set for an entire day. The next night nothing came out. I played with tgeCO2 Again. I can hear gas going I but nothing coming out. I eventually got it working set itagain back to 12 psi (Bud light) and everything tasted fine. I increased the temperature a bit and today pulled the handle and once again nothing. This is very frustrating. Maybe I'm a dummy but can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong? I pulled the release on the coupler into the beer keg and there's definitely has gas coming out. Please tell me something that might solve this prolem . I'm running out of ideas. Shouod I remove omething from the lines of "rings" going into the beer keg? I keep reading things about removing guts or reversing the ring? I'm really confused.

Try rinsing all that foam out, dry it out with hair dryer and begin again AFTER reading the WHOLE operators manual. No one ever reads the instructions. If all else fails you may have to exchange or replace the unit.

Check the dispensing valve thoroughly for possible obstruction.

Shut of the CO2 tank, then hit the pressure release valve on the side of the beer tap. Make sure there is a grey check valve in the tap where the red hose (co2) is connected. Also make sure the white ball in the tap where the white hose (beer line) is not stuck. You can remove this, it isnt really necessary. Once all checks out, open the tank and readjust the co2 regulator. The reading should not be more than 12 PSI. Everything should work just fine after this. Make sure the glass is as close to the faucet as possible (slanted is better) when dispensing beer. Hope this help :)
