Hi,
The GE Oven F7 error is caused by poor contact on the flex circuit that connects the keypad.
To fix it, turn off the power and pull the oven out a couple of inches for access.
Remove the 3 hex head screws under the control panel and lift the panel off.
Find the connector where the flex circuit connects to the main oven control. Snap it open and remove the flex circuit.
Clean the flex circuit contacts with electrical contact cleaner and a pencil eraser.
Put it all back together and the F7 should go away.
Unfortunately, this is not a permanent fix, and it will probably recur in another 6-12 months
Leave the ribbon unplugged and see if the code returns if it does not replace the touch panel if it does replace the control

There may be a problem with the Oven Control, or the associated wiring.
Power unit down by turning off the circuit breaker(s) for one (1) minute.
Power unit up by turning on the circuit breaker(s).
Monitor the oven for one (1) minute to ensure the error code does not display again.
Verify oven operation.
Error Code/Message - Oven - F3 Error Code - F3 E0
Control displaying F3 E0:
There may be a problem with the Oven Temperature Sensor, or the associated wiring.
Power unit down by turning off the circuit breaker(s) for one (1) minute.
Power unit up by turning on the circuit breaker(s).
Monitor the oven for one (1) minute to ensure the error code does not display again.
Verify oven operation.
