Saeco Incanto De Luxe S-Class - Fill Watertank constantly on

OUr machine has worked brilliantly for 12 months however just today the fill watertank sign came onto the screen. The watertank is full however thereis no water being pulled through. Additionlly the pump does not seem to be going on.

The machine appears to be blocked due to limestone formation in water piping. Suggestion is decalcify following instructions of manufacturer .

check your water tank float in you tank ,may have a hole and does not float up .you can use a magnet to move floatup and see if light goes off ,if it does than float needs to be replaced

I have a new Incanto Deluxe. I can not start the machine because it always indicates "fill watertank" even the tank is fully filled up.I tried to ventilate the system but pump doesn't start. Switching on...

When inserting tank slide it down the back so that it makes contact with the machine, sometimes the reed switch does not read the magnet in the tank.

The magnet in the water tanks is either upside down or has sunk to the bottom of the tank. It should float to the top of the cage it is in and it should have a flat top not rounded. If its rounded side up the magnet is upside down. This is what would cause your problem.

There should be a grey cylinder in the bottom of the water tank that will rise and fall with the level of the water. When the tank gets low the cylinder will sink and the water light will come on. If the cylinder is missing the light will come on also. If the magnet in the cylinder is bad the light will come on. Some time it takes replacing the water tank.

The flowmeter is on the bottom of the machine follow the line that leads from the pump and you will see the flowmeter.

clean unit with vinegar and water. run two or three cycles then flush with two or three cycles of straight water

Fill watertank

float valve stuck. try unplugging and then empty tank.check to see that nothing is visable in water reserve. fill water tank to full and then plug unit back in. hope this solves your problem
