i can not decode your model (i guess BR is the code)
on the rear or side off UPS is a white sticker or service tag
for sure and you did that I see.
and on such tag is the real model number even encoded for country .
and your unstated countries voltage line input.

Do not take this as definitive answer! I am not an expert. A F01 error is indicative that the Central Control Unit cannot get instructions from the EEPROM. If you have not already done so, unplug the washer for a full 2 minutes to clear any instructions in memory, then plug it back in. If you still have a F01 error I suspicion that it is a bad CCU board. You can try to run the diagnostic on page 8 of the service manual but I do not think it will run if it is a bad CCU board.

The fault indicator means that there is a fault in the circuitry of the UPS. It could be the control board or another part of the system. (If the batteries were bad, you would see the Replace Battery light illuminate.) If the SURT3000XL is under warranty, contact APC. The standard warranty period is 2 years for repair/replacement. F01 on a Washer Dryer means you have a motor fault.
I suggest check the motor and associated wiring. You may just have a broken wire.

It depends on the model. On Whirlpool built machines F01 is EEPROM error, pump drive error, or main relays error.

With Hotpoint F01 means defective triac or defective motor.

Fault code F01 indicates a problem with the motor triac.
Check all connections to and from the motor, the control module, and the motor plug

f01 means motor fault. remove motor and check the brushes. if ok then fault could either be motor or pcb which is faulty.
